About NODAC
AJF-PRSSA sponsors the annual National Organ Donor Awareness Competition (NODAC) to encourage PRSSA Chapters across the country to promote organ donor awareness and family discussion. PRSSA hosts Organ Donor Day in the spring, to encourage Rowan students and community members to sign up to help save a life.
NODAC asks chapters to create a campaign and host a day-long event in April to generate awareness among their peers, faculty members and the community as well as sign up organ donors with their local Donate Life office.

Partnering with Gift of Life
The annual Students Save Lives College Challenge invites organizations and clubs at universities and colleges across Gift of Life Donor Program’s regions (Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware) to help spread organ donor awareness and register students, faculty and staff on campus as organ donors. Through the efforts of your chapter, you can make a tangible difference in saving the lives of people awaiting an organ transplant. Every donor registered has the chance to save up to eight lives.

By sharing information, driving engagement and registering donors, you’ll earn points for your team as you compete against other local universities. The Challenge begins spring 2023.
